7月3日至7月5日，应环境技术产业化研发中心和中科院城市污染物转化重点实验室邀请，美国明尼苏达大学DavidYou-Hong/PUI（裴有康）教授前来访问。期间，裴教授作了题为“FiltrationSolutions to Mitigate PM2.5 Pollutants in Urban Air”的学术报告，重点介绍了其近年来在气溶胶科学与技术方面的研究工作，并呈现了其研制的几种大型可缓解城市PM2.5污染的过滤清洁系统，包括汽油颗粒过滤器（GPF）、高速公路空气过滤系统（FACS）和大型太阳能辅助城市空气清洁系统（SALSCS）等，同与会人员围绕缓解城市PM2.5措施等相关问题进行了深入的讨论。
访问期间，裴教授参观了福建省贝思达环保投资有限公司与城市环境研究所共建的环境技术产业化研发中心，与中心研发人员就相关问题进行深入的交流和探讨。
DavidYou-Hong/PUI教授简介：
Professor David Y.H. Pui is Director of the world-renowned Particle Technology Laboratory at theUniversity of Minnesota, distinguished McKnight University Professor, LMFingerson/TSI Inc Chair in Mechanical Engineering. He has a broad range of research experience inaerosol science and technology and has over 250 journal papers and 23 patents.He has developed several widely used commercial aerosol instruments. Dr. Puihas received many awards, including the Max Planck Research Award (1993), theHumboldt Research Award for Senior U.S. Scientists (2000), the Fuchs MemorialAward (2010) -- the highest disciplinary award, and the Einstein ProfessorshipAward (2013) by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He was a past President of the American Association for AerosolResearch (AAAR) and of the International Aerosol Research Assembly (IARA)consisting of 17 international aerosol associations.
